Each month the theme and the mask changes to match the ever changing rhythms of the season. Merigold is always striving to use organic ingredients whenever possible with the intent of nourishing your skin. Merigold is primarily a monthly subscription with the invitation for a few selected wholesaler accounts that align with Merigold and the vision. Merigold is more than just a facial mask, it is an invitation to see, accept, and live out the beauty that is in all of us.

After I remove my mask I have a little bit of redness, is this typical?

Yes, especially when providing your face with a mini facial massage with rising off - a little redness is normal and due to increased blood flow. It should  dissipate in about 30 minutes.

How often should I use my mask?

Once a week! Masks are so wonderful to use to help nourish our skin and remove build up but it is also important not to over-do a good thing.

Why do you include a beverage recipe each month?

Here at Merigold it is about healthy rhythms and rituals.  Remember that the health of your skin is vast. Meaning, a face mask won’t erase an unhealthy lifestyle, diet, or poor hydration. It is a piece of the puzzle and can provide a boost to your regular routine. Nourishing your skin needs to happen in both what you put on your skin and what you put in your body. 

How many uses does one sachet have?

Each face mask is an individual single application. Intended to be applied immediately after the mask has been mixed with your selected liquid activator. Masks have no preservatives and so will not keep. 

What is a Patch Test?

Since everyone’s skin is unique, it is recommended to try any new products using the patch test method prior to applying them on larger areas of your face. Merigold does formulate and source all ingredients naturally and toxin free. The term organic is not regulated in the beauty industry but any ingredients that can be sourced organically…are. What do I mean by that? Well, some products such as clay technically can’t be “organic” but any oatmeal, herbs, fruits, etc are all organically sourced. Even with this everyone’s skin reacts differently and a simple patch test can help detect any underlying allergies. Merigold does use whole ingredients and is transparent in letting you know what you are applying to your skin. Make sure to read all the ingredients and of course make sure if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients to skip that facial mask. 

Step One: Mix mask with 1-3 tsp of water or preferred liquid hydrator 

Step Two: Apply thin layer evenly to upper forearm (make sure to have any lotions or other additional  products removed from that area)

Step Three: Let the application sit for 10 mins or until dry and rinse thoroughly

If your skin has any reactions then it would be best to not use the mask.

Why Subscription/Membership?

Rituals aren’t done one time. Making space for yourself and taking time to create moments of pause and reflection are ongoing traditions. We strongly believe that one of the best ways to preserve space is to make it an ongoing practice—for as long or as short as it serves you.

If you do prefer to shop without a subscription, we recommend making a one-time purchase or visiting some of our stockists—we will have select in-person shops across the United States that we will partner with.

Are all your ingredients organic?

Any of our ingredients that can be organic are organic. We want to make sure we are using high quality ingredients and we feel like that means organic. Those ingredients that are not listed as organic come down to science - technically ingredients like clay can’t technically be certified organic because they aren’t grown or raised per the USDA standards.

When Should I expect my masks?

When initially joining we will ship your mask out within 3 business days. For your monthly mask shipping happens the first week of the month—so you have the rest of the month to enjoy your masks!

How can I cancel my membership?

You can go to your Membership Portal to cancel your membership anytime.

Can I become a Stockist?

My shipment arrived broken/damaged, what can I do?

My mask affected my skin in a way I didn't like, what should I do?

If anything affects your skin negatively, please stop using it immediately. While our masks are made with organic materials, every body is different and everyone responds differently to different ingredients. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction and need assistance, please contact a healthcare professional right away.

Can I make a return?

If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us right away at info@merigold.co so that we can make it right. We'll work to cancel your membership immediately and make sure all your questions are answered.
