Ingredients:

1 c.heaping frozen blueberryÂ
¾ c yogurt (can be dairy-free if you prefer)
½ c. preferred milk (almond, oat, hemp, cows, you get it)
½ lemon freshly squeezed
A squeeze of honey to taste

Instructions
Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend till you have a smooth consistency. At first it might seem like you need to add more liquid but give it a minute. Once the blueberries start to become blended then it’s the perfect consistency. Enjoy!
