We’re soaking up the summer vibes with a seasonal lassi—a blended fruit and yogurt beverage that originated in India, with a lot of Merigold magic thrown in. 

This creamy, dreamy drink blends up the nutritional benefits of blueberries, lemon and yogurt for a delicious and nourishing summer smoothie. Enjoy!

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

 

1 c.heaping  frozen blueberry 

¾ c yogurt (can be dairy-free if you prefer)

½ c. preferred milk (almond, oat, hemp, cows, you get it)

½ lemon freshly squeezed

A squeeze of honey to taste

 

Instructions

Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend till you have a smooth consistency. At first it might seem like you need to add more liquid but give it a minute. Once the blueberries start to become blended then it’s the perfect consistency. Enjoy!
