Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Our monthly beverage pairs perfectly with your mask and supports the month’s theme and intention of nourishing your body inside and out. 

Embolden your blender with this tropical smoothie, featuring dragon fruit (our favorite this month) with the addition of cauliflower and hemp seeds for the late summer nutrition kick you need. Cheers!

Serves 2


1c frozen dragon fruit

½ c. frozen mango

½ c. frozen pineapple

½ c. Frozen strawberries

½ c. frozen cauliflower

2 Tbsp Hemp seeds (more for topping if desired)

1 ½  c. preferred milk (almond, oat, hemp, cows, you get it

1 lime freshly squeezed



Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend till you have a smooth consistency. Top with a little sprinkle of hemp seeds (optional) and enjoy!

Variations: Use fresh ingredients and add ice if you desire a frozen consistency. Or you can do a combo of fresh and frozen.
