This month’s recipe comes from our friends at Huriyali, a Charleston-based cafe whose organic creations nourish the mind, body and soul. It combines the magic of matcha with mint and frozen fruit for a beautiful blended pick-me-up.
1 frozen banana
½ c. frozen pineapple
2 springs of mint (leaves only)
1 c. fresh made nut milk or milk of choice
½ -1 tsp of ceremonial grade match powder
Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend till you have a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
