Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz hot water
1 tsp matcha powder
1 c of oat milk (or preferred milk)
Squeeze of honey (to taste)
Dash of cinnamon and cardamom (optional)
Instructions:
Heat your water up just below boiling. While your water is heating, heat your milk also to just below boiling. Once your water is ready measure out 2 oz of hot water and add your matcha powder. Mix the match and the water (you can use a small whisk, or fork). Make sure to mix thoroughly. Then add your warmed milk, squeeze in a little honey (to the preferred level of sweetness) and add a dash of cinnamon and cardamom, stir, and enjoy!
