Mushroom Powder Options
As far as the mushroom powder you can choose whatever one you have can find, or provides the benefit that you are needing right now (I did include a link to help provide some options). There are so many options and each mushroom can provide support in different ways.
For example-
- Lion’s Mane is known for helping with focus and cognition
- Chaga for digestive health
- Reishi for increased energy and supports mental performance
But honestly, play with it! See what you can find and do a little research to find out the benefits!
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the mushroom powder in 2 Tbsp of hot water to dilute, then set aside to cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine lime juice, maple syrup, and pomegranate juice in a shaker (or put it in a cup and stir). Stir in mushroom mixture. Pour over a cup of ice (or add ice to the existing cup) and finish off by topping the cup with ginger beer. You most likely won’t use the whole ginger beer here. Do a quick stir and enjoy!
More and more people are choosing to abstain from alcohol, whether it be for health reasons, personal preferences, or religious beliefs. And non alcoholic beverages are becoming increasingly popular as a result. non alcoholic beers, wines, and spirits have all seen a surge in popularity in recent years, as have mocktails and other non-alcoholic mixed drinks. There are a number of reasons for this growing trend. For one, non alcoholic beverages are often lower in calories than their alcoholic counterparts. They also tend to be less expensive, and they offer a wider range of flavors and styles to choose from. Whether you're looking for a refreshing non alcoholic beer to enjoy on a hot summer day or a festive mocktail to share with friends during the holidays, there's sure to be a non alcoholic beverage that suits your needs.
