Pomegranate Mushroom Mule (Non Alcoholic)

Pomegranate Mushroom Mule Recipe (Non Alcoholic)

  • 2 Tbsp hot water

  • 1 tsp mushroom powder (recommend Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Reishi)*

  • 1 lime juiced

  • 2 tsp maple syrup or simple syrup

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1 12 oz ginger beer

Mushroom Powder Options

As far as the mushroom powder you can choose whatever one you have can find, or provides the benefit that you are needing right now (I did include a link to help provide some options). There are so many options and each mushroom can provide support in different ways. 

For example-

  •  Lion’s Mane is known for helping with focus and cognition
  • Chaga for digestive health
  • Reishi for increased energy and supports mental performance 

But honestly, play with it! See what you can find and do a little research to find out the benefits!


Step 1

Mix the mushroom powder in 2 Tbsp of hot water to dilute, then set aside to cool.

Step 2

Meanwhile, combine lime juice, maple syrup, and pomegranate juice in a shaker (or put it in a cup and stir). Stir in mushroom mixture. Pour over a cup of ice (or add ice to the existing cup) and finish off by topping the cup with ginger beer. You most likely won’t use the whole ginger beer here. Do a quick stir and enjoy!
