Pomegranate Beetroot Fizz

Pomegranate Beetroot Fizz

Serves 2

Ingredients:

½ c. raw peeled beetroot
2 c frozen strawberries
1 ½ c. pomegranate juice
Soda water (optional)
Fresh mint (optional for garnish) 

 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in your blender. Pour over ice or you can add a spritz of soda water (recommended ratio is about 1 oz beetroot to 4 oz soda water) and a piece of mint as a garnish.

This smoothie is tasty and very refreshing with natural notes of sweetness and a subtle tang from the pomegranate juice. Enjoy!
